Pirate Don Durk of Dowdee

Based on the 1923 poem by Mildred Plew Meigs, Pirate Don Durk of Dowdee is Sophia’s first fully illustrated 28-page children’s book. From the beginning storyboards to the final spreads, each page and character is carefully crafted to bring this adventurous story to life in a brand new way.
